• What we learnt about Boundaries as children and how we’ve used this learning
• Why we avoid using boundaries and what we do instead
• Practical ways to bring boundaries into all your relationships – with yourself, your children, partners, parents, friends and work colleagues

This is a one hour online workshop suitable for everyone who wants to learn and practice more boundary setting in their lives. It will start at 9am UK time/1pm UAE time and the cost to join is £25/AED120 which can be paid online using any payment card.
